In the grand realm of Nocturna, the Twilight Dominion reigns supreme… or so they continually remind everyone.

Enigmatic, elegant and pompous creatures of the night, the DUSKBORN are led by the imperious Emperor Jairus, and his slightly less brooding entourage.

Despite the emperor’s legendary temper, the Duskborn remain fiercely loyal to Jairus, bound by shared arrogance and over-pronounced sophistication, yet unaware of the conflicts brewing within his heart.

To outsiders, the Duskborn may seem detached from the world beyond their borders; either through sheer disinterest or clever imperial censorship.

Instead, moon elves are often found at aethernet cafes, sipping overpriced lattes while engrossed in intellectual and social posturing. Their endless debates are less about the pursuit of truth, and more about the finesse of a shady insult.

In the heart of Nishaan, their capital city, the Museum of Elven History (MEH) stands as a popular tourist trap, touting an almost believable account of the Duskborn’s many virtues and few, very few, faults. Commemorating the Moonguard’s military prowess “for the Glory of Twilight,” the carefully curated galleries, dioramas and exhibits feature historic battles, heroes, cultural relics and magical lesser astras. 

…And, the newly remodeled gift shop? A must-visit!
