Hatched from the highest pedigree of Bloatborn society, Ghobli embodies the quintessence of refined lineage, despite never quite developing a taste for Swog.

A prodigy in the aetheric arts from a young age, Ghobli studied at the prestigious Ymrys Academy of Sigils and Sorcery (YASS). His extraordinary mastery of all 14 aetheric signatures and groundbreaking theories on luminous propensity earned him early notoriety and ultimately a professorship; his intricate sigils and legendary magical prowess inspiring both reverence and unease among peers, students and even the gods.

As mentor and confidant to Bolivar, Maduta’s adopted son, Ghobli’s long-winded lectures are delivered with nuance and genuine care, testing the patience of the prince and anyone within earshot. Believing the game of Aduno Tal can nurture Bolivar’s latent aetheric potential, Ghobli occasionally indulges the prince’s passion for the game, though he firmly encourages a focus on aetheric studies.
